HOW TO WORK MORE EFFICIENT, GET MORE DONE TIMELY?
Due to lack of internal resources and constant high work pressure, the company had a major challenge keeping track of the balance account receivables alerting customers for their lack of payments.
Overdue outstanding amounts were approx. DKK 14 mill, out of a total DKK 32 mill. debt balance.
We established a "simple" cost efficient DIGITAL ROBOT. It helped the company keeping track of their account receivables, where the robot automatically helped send reminders to customers 3 days before invoices were due for payment => a proactive positive approach.
Further, for invoices already overdue, reminders were automatically and repeatedly send without human involvement.
Via the same digital robot, and in case of a customer complaint or dissatisfaction, customers had the opportunity to act online. This assisted with internal documented transparency for quick and efficient internal action-taking and resolving.
Finances: Late customer overdue payments were reduced by DKK 13 million during a 6 months period, with no overdue payments lost.
Internally: The work environment within the company changed from a stressful work day to a positive work culture, where jobs now got completed timely and even more tasks were performed.
External: This new efficient way of working resulted more loyal customers because any misunderstand were addressed timely and without misunderstandings.
