MINIMIZE STRESS by DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
WITH A DIGITAL MINDSET
The company with approx. 40 admin employees had major challenges keeping track of what was agreed or accomplished in connection with customers projects and primarily customer complaints. Several of departments and employees were normally involved, where traceability were lacking or not intact.
It was difficult to get the overall view on each project, which often resulted in a stressful working day, instead of providing customers more attention.
After reviewing internal processes, we helped the company to implement a simple and effective document management system, which was gradually linked to the company's other systems.
This resulted in transparancy among all relevant work processes, having full view thourghout the entire flow of jobs completed.
With this solid overview, the team are more focused on resolving open tasks timely. With a solid system, internal misunderstandings are avoided, where the team today are more customer focused, working on new projects.
Internally: Work ethic and motivation increased, due to rigid,- and efficient documented work procedures.
External: The efficient document management system created more loyal customers due to a more LEAN workflow. More jobs completed without mistakes and delays.
